Kettle Bells

Every persons that trains should work up to being able to train with a kettlebell. The kettlebell solves the basic lack of time problem, it coordinates the body to use the hips for the source of power, and it trains the nervous system to improve the ability of the body to contract and relax the muscles more quickly.

RPR
