Our "Active Aging," program is designed to cater to the physical, mental, and social well-being of seniors through tailored fitness activities and opportunities for social interaction.   Recognizing the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle and fostering social connections as individuals age. 


  • Tailored Exercise Routines: Our program offers customized fitness routines suited to seniors' individual needs, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
  • Range of Activities: From low-impact exercises to strength training and flexibility exercises, we provide a variety of activities to cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Certified Instructors: Experienced fitness instructors specialized in senior fitness lead the sessions, providing guidance and support throughout the program.

Active Aging

 Our "Active Aging" program is a complimentary initiative for women of color aged 40 and above. It is designed to enhance the physical, mental, and social well-being of participants through customized fitness activities. The goal of Active Aging is to decrease the incidence of chronic diseases and disabilities within the BIPOC community
