Our sports performance training is designed to optimize an athlete's physical attributes, skills, and abilities within their particular sport. The primary objective of our Strength and Conditioning program is to help our athletes be the best they can be.
To reach this goal, we target several components—including speed, power, agility, and strength—that must be met for every athlete. Moreover, functional training is used to meet the athletes’ specific needs based on their sport and position. At ME&I we utilize a wide variety of training methods including, Olympic-style lifts, powerlifting, plyometrics, speed development, agility and bodyweight training, all of which serve to produce a higher level of athletic performance.
Our Sports performance training aims to fine-tune an athlete's physical and mental capabilities to excel within their sport while also integrating injury prevention and recovery strategies to maintain overall athletic health and longevity.

Our "Active Aging" program is a complimentary initiative for women of color aged 40 and above. It is designed to enhance the physical, mental, and social well-being of participants through customized fitness activities.
