All our members have 24/7/365 access to our facility.

We have a wide variety of equipment including cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, and functional training equipment.

What is the cost of a gym membership?

Our memberships start at $49 per month for 24/7/365 access to all the gym's facilities and equipment.

Does the gym have showers

Yes. We offer individual, private showers with room to dress and shelves for your clothes and toiletries.

Do I have to have a trainer to work out at the gym?

No. Open gym memberships are available in addition to our training services.

Parking?

We have free garage parking connected to our location and free parking outside.

Do you pool?

No, sorry we don't.

Do you have lockers?

Yes. Bring your own lock and no overnight storage allowed.

Do you have contracts?

Beginning 12/1/23 all new open use memberships will require a 3-month contract.
