Your 2-Weeks of Personal Training Will Include:
You will receive a 1 on 1 consultation with a Fitness Professional to evaluate your fitness goals and create an exercise and nutrition plan consistent with your objectives.
You will receive full access to our amazing group fitness classes!
You will receive 3 personal training sessions per week. Your training program will be designed to meet you at your fitness level and help you build strength, endurance, and consistent exercise habits.
